Orders, support & delivery

We use WooCommerce for order management. Customer service is handled by employees of MOLLEEYYH. Relevant delivery and contact details are shared with third-party logistics providers to fulfil shipments. Payment services process the information needed for your chosen card transaction.

Browsing information & cookies

We use Cloudflare browsing analytics to understand visits and site performance. Shopping, account and site technologies may also use cookies or similar storage for their respective functions. See our Cookie policy for more information.

How long information is kept

Our operating policy is to retain order and customer service records during store operation, up to closure. Retention remains subject to the need for the records, valid deletion requests and legal requirements to retain particular information. This is not an unconditional commitment to keep all information forever. Closure does not imply automatic or immediate deletion of every record.
