When you are charged

Payment is charged when an order is placed. Keep your order information for any follow-up with our team. If you are unsure whether a payment went through, contact us before placing the same order again.

Taxes & duties

Taxes and duties are included in the product price. Shipping is charged separately at $8.99 USD unless the order meets both free-shipping conditions: at least 2 items and a merchandise subtotal of at least $55.99 USD.

A declined or interrupted payment

Check your card details and billing information, or try another accepted card. Your card issuer may be able to explain a decline. If the result is unclear, email our team with your order details. Do not email a full card number, security code or password.
